Energy Assessors Nottingham Ltd provides HIPs and EPCs in Nottinghamshire and the surrounding area. We take pride in using local sources to provide the HIP, obtaining all the necessary documents from within the East Midlands.

Our team of Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) are fully qualified and accredited through Elmhurst Energy Systems.

We are committed to Life Long Learning so that we can continue to improve the depth of our knowledge as required by such an ever-changing sector.

We can provide copies of our DEA Certificates, RdSAP Certificates, insurance provision and Criminal Record Bureau certificates should you wish.

Our team

Steve Prescott began his working life as a languages teacher and then ran a successful retail group / mail order business for 25 years.
He now sees his third career change as an exciting new venture requiring high levels of professionalism in an industry with green issues close to his heart.
Steve is a keen sportsman, DIY enthusiast and gardener.

Sean Cammack - Now a qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor following a successful career as a Senior Manager with a Blue chip Company in the logistics and retail sector. Sean enjoys property renovation, gardening and walking in Derbyshire. He has a life long ambition to learn to fly.

Ed Walton has a BSc in Geography and has worked in property previously, in the Right to Buy sector. An avid traveller, his favourite places outside the UK are Fiji and New Zealand.
