The HIP Ordering Process

  2. Make payment via online secure website (alternate payment methods available).
  3. Client completes Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ).
  4. Energy Performance Survey booked at a time convenient to you.
  5. Constant updates to you and your Estate Agent via email.
  6. Track your HIP order through www.packdetails.com

 Timescales

  1. Property normally available for marketing 2-3 working days, when EPC and PIQ have been completed.
  2. Estate Agent instructed to market the property via email.
  3. HIP normally completed within 1-3 weeks after receipt of Property Searches.
